The Law Firm will register themselves by providing their details in the Register Law Firm screen. MCHO will then activate the law firm if the details provided by the user are good. MCHO will call the number provided by law firm if we need more information from the law firm. The law firm name will be displayed in the user registration screen ONLY after the law firm is approved/activated.

Once the Law Firm have registered themselves and activated, the users can go to user registration and can register themselves. User need to activate their account by following the instructions which are emailed to the email which they have used for registration. Law firm admins need to approve their users account from the admin screen. User cannot access their account until they activate their account and the law firm admin approves their account.

Attorney Code in the registration screen should match with the attorney code which is associated with the Law Firm.

MCHO provides three options for the users to add the hearings:
1) Adhoc Hearing: Attorneys/Law Firm Users can add individual hearing from MCHO once they are logged in to the system.
2) Bulk Hearings: Attorneys/Law Firm Admins can upload the hearings in BULK via the template which will be in excel format.
3) Integration: MCHO can provide WCF/Rest services which the Law firms can consume to upload the hearings directly from their CMS systems.
